Payment

Morten Solemsli Photography are using Shopify Payments which accepts payments with VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also accept Paypal. All prices are given in Danish Kroner or Euro.

Delivery

Delivery is about 2 weeks to Denmark, can be longer closer to holidays. If ordering from outside of Denmark please contact mail@mortensolemsli.com to find out delivery times.

Returns

For returns contact mail@mortensolemsli.com within 14 days of delivery and send the print back in its original packaging within 14 days of notification of the return. The buyer is responsible for any return postage costs and other return costs.

The buyer is responsible for any costs associated with wear an tear of the returned product other than what one would normally see if you were handling the product in a shop. The condition of the product will be assessed on return.

Warranty

There is a 2 year warranty for any errors in the making of the product, defects in material and / or fabrication defects. We will refund reasonable return postage costs. Warranty does not cover any damages due to wrong use, negligence or damages from any unauthorised modifications to the product, or any normal wear and tear.

Returns will not be accepted if sent as Cash On Delivery, or if sent without giving notice of the return.
